Terms of Service

Please reference the PDF for the full Terms of Service for John Thirteen-Five. Any orders placed, or profiles created by users will place users in agreement with all of the policies that John Thirteen-Five Co. has in place. 

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out every Wednesday, If orders are placed on a Tuesday you can expect them to ship the Wednesday the week after. Allow 5-7 days for processing time.

Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Packages are tracked with standard shipping through USPS shipping services.  

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery

If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If you have messed up the address please message us within 24 hours so that we can fix the mistake, if you do not contact us within 24 hours the item may ship with the incorrect information. If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, John Thirteen-Five Co. is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

Since every product is made to order there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, and all sales are final. Refunds will be made IF the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order.

Customer Care

The Care of Customers is very important to John Thirteen-Five. If there are any issues we strive to take the best means possible to correct any mistakes on our end. Please read over all of our policies before purchasing any of our products to make sure that you would like to proceed doing business with us. If there are any questions or concerns feel free to contact us by email, chat, or phone (all information can be found at the bottom of the page) We will do everything in our power to make sure all issues are resolved with as much care as possible. All of our business is done online, and we at this time do not have a physical store in place. Therefore any questions and concerns must be addressed through the appropriate channels. If there is a question that is asked after business hours please allow for 24-48 hours for a response.

The privacy of our customers is a priority at John Thirteen-Five. Since business is handled online we will ask for personal information from our customers to include

  • Date of Birth

  • Email

  • Address

  • Payment information

Any information collected by John Thirteen-Five. will not be used or sold to any other third party sites. The information we collect is strictly to handle business operations for John Thirteen-Five in order to allow products to be shipped and at your door in the fastest means possible. There will be no use of personal information beyond the packing and fulfillment of orders for our customers. At this time we do not offer any wholesale products, but will be working on making it possible soon!
